The Tamilnadu Textbook and Educational Services Corporation Print and distribute the textbooks to the Student Community in the state and in the Union Territory Puducherry also. The Corporation print and distribute the following books.

• Tamil and English Medium For standards from 1 to 12.
• Minority Language Reader books For standards from 1 to 12. (Telugu, Malayalam, Kannadam and Urudu)
• Minority Language Reader books only For standards from 6 to 10 (Sanskrit and Arabic)
• Subject books in Minority Languages For standards from 1 to 10. (Telugu, Malayalam, Kannadam and Urudu)
• Vocational Group books for 11th and 12th standards.
• Source book for Diploma in Teacher Education - SCERT
• Text books for Polytechnic.
• SABL cards

Additional Responsibilities: Special works

The other Government Departments also entrusted the printing work of their Departments to this Corporation. This Corporation undertaking the printing of Special Guides for Standards X and XII for ADW Department, BCW and MBCW Departments, Question bank and Model Question Paper books for standards 10th and 12th to PTA in order to reduce the higher commitment on printing cost. Further Source books for SCERT, Textbooks for Polytechnic, Atlas and etc. are being printed by Textbook Corporation. The Textbook Corporation claims only the actual expenditure incurred to bring out in the finished form along with reasonable handling and stationery charges.
